level 2 is under construction so dont ask why its literally comprised of two objects in the void

other changes:

- speed loss in the air when not pressing anything is reduced when going very fast ( >3 pixels/per frame)

- command "sd" changed to "debug", to be more understandable

- bomb boosting can stack

- added proper internal toggle for gamepad controls
